The ColdHubs Team continues to educate farmers, retailers and wholesalers of fresh fruits, vegetables and other perishable food on proper handling and storage, to reduce harvest loss.
The educational process is being done, using our 12 chapter post-harvest management educational comic in English and other Nigeria languages of, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa. The comic has been widely received by Market unions and association of perishable food dealers in Relief Market, Obowo Market, Orlu international Market, all in Imo State, Nigeria.
We believe the graphics book will be accepted worldwide and adopted as a reference material for quick education of farmers, retailers and wholesalers on post-harvest management.
