ColdHubs Board Members and Management team spent a full day strategizing at our 2019 Board Meeting and Board/Management Strategy Session. A day after the board meeting ColdHubs staff meet for 2 days at their Staff Retreat Session, and used inputs from Board members developed a comprehensive 2019 workplan.
ColdHubs 2019 workplan supports an accelerated expansion linking markets and farm clusters within the North and South of Nigeria.
