ColdHubs shares experiences with GIZ to set up an Off-Grid Cold Storage in Afghanistan

ColdHubs is sharing experiences with the German International Cooperation (GIZ) Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion (SEDEP) program to deploy the ColdHubs technology and business model to support vegetables and dairy value chains in Afghanistan. The purpose of this pilot project is introduce in a market in Mazar e Sharif; a modular, solar-powered walk-in cold room, for off-grid storage and preservation of perishable vegetable and dairy foodstuffs within the reach of small farmers, retailers and traders.
